Lynley White-Smith

Lynley White-Smith joined the team in 2022 to oversee academic operations of Abbey Road Institute Sydney as a Registered Training Organisation with a strong focus on quality learning and assessment outcomes, in alignment with the keystone global curriculum and unique collaboration with Studios 301 and its industry network.

Bringing to the role more than a decade of experience as a music industry professional, most recently as Operations Manager at Studios 301 – Australia’s largest music recording, mixing and mastering studio, Artist Manager to hip hop duo Coda Conduct – at the time signed to iconic indie label Elefant Traks, as well as qualifications including a Master of Arts Management, Bachelors of Management (Marketing), Bachelor of Arts (International Studies), and currently embarking on a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.

Lynley is an advocate for music creators, motivated to connect exceptional artists with fans and brands, and facilitate communities where creatives can collaborate and thrive.
